Web marketing, Cross Domain Managment

I have been looking at drip for a place to manage ads, but they require one account for every domain. I manage 19 domains of similar small local businesses and I am looking for a tool I can use to view adwords/remarketing/analytics/facebook ads/email etc... The ad budget will be coming from the same entity but spread across all domains and I need to account for this spending. I am looking for someone who has set something like this up and made it work to help me. I made all the sites and I may just need advice from someone who has done this before on what I can use to minimize the effort in managing so many domains going forward. Having done something very similar for a client that can be shown to me is what I am looking for.
