IPA file for Apple devices to be installed without UDID

Hello, Is there anyone out there that has a few tricks up their sleeve that can make this happen? Have an IPA or Apple app that needs to be installed on devices without the use of UDID or iTunes or any other way to install it without doing this. If you have a solution to install an app without a bunch of hassle that is simplistic on an iPhone or Apple device then this project is for you. Have an older app that will not qualify for the app store but still want users to be able to download it directly from the website. Obviously that's an issue with an iPhone device. Just seeing if there's any wizards out there that can make it happen. Thank you and good luck.
