I am in need of a very simple app for blackberry iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone and Andriod which opens a website on app web view, All it should do is once clicked on the app image should load for stay about 3 seconds and the website which is mobile optimised will be displayed. The Mobile Website already exist and what we need is just the app webview My Budget is 100$....want this project done in 5 working days May keep winning bidder for long term work.
