Editable Matrix UI with Image Background

I need a simple program with a simple UI that does the following: -Load a ".tif" image file (x*y pixels) and show the image. -Load a x*y matrix (floating point numbers) saved as a ".txt" file. -Show the contents of the matrix in each corresponding pixel (for example, the element [12,28] in the matrix should be shown in the pixel [12,28]) -The UI should allow the user to edit the values of the matrix by double clicking on the corresponding pixel. -The program should finally allow the user save the editted matrix (a simple Save and Save As function as most programs have).
