Indians Lead Software Developers URGENT -- 2

8+ years in IT industry in management/leadership roles with flair of working on the Telecom OSS/BSS projects preferably using the Agile methodology. The role demands managing technical design and software development as well as the direct people management for module team. S/he possesses prior experience of Java based enterprise applications, managing multi-stream deliveries, coaching the teams. S/he should demonstrate strong solution understanding, technical delivery planning modules and tasks (development/integration) and executing to a quality standard. Working experience in a multi-vendor system integration environment in COTS systems is definite plus.
