Experienced electronic/android/mysql engineer/s to do the prototype of a remote water meter-reading system to get data from an existing analog water-meter through an existing optical rotation sensor,send data wireless to a fixed concentrator or mobile devive and then storage it in a database on a server. The job is to create functional prototype for the remote automatic water meter reading system and all schematics and documents needed for production. Your offer: price of the project and also estimated price of the product (based on prices from electronic components [login to view URL] product cost should be calculated for 1000/2000/2500pcs series.). The hardware system should contain: 1.fully-functional working prototype for wireless module attachable to the existing water meter and all necessary documentation and details for its production 2.fully-functional working protoype for fixed concetrator and mobile receiving device and all necessary documentation and details for its production. Can show/send you photo of such a system which is already functioning (water meter+wireless module+bluetooth receiver) which can be used as example. Details on request.

Need little further discussion about the proximity of these sensors. MySQL database can be run on a Raspberry Pi module and the sensor modules could be connected via WiFi if that is possible (if these sensors are in range). ESP-07 module would fit nicely along with an external 3dBi antenna to boost the signal strength to reach up to 100-300 meter (depending on obstructions and penetration) to enhance the performance. Android would then connect to central MySQL database to fetch all the details. Will design everything and provide support till you send for bulk manufacturing. I can also assist you in getting these thing manufactured from cost effective source in China. I do have contacts with manufacturers over there. Hi I have a design for developing a module for 100 euro/module. the sensors and actuators will be less than 10 euros here should be ~15 euros max. but to transmit it over wireless requires a module with gpio and network protocol stack for wireless requires module like rasberry pi overall the manufacturing 2500 pieces will cost u 2500 * 100 = 25000 euros + my software development 2000 =27000 euros Please feel free to contact me for more details thanks

If I understood well, there is an analog water-meter, and it's value (digitaly imported from the optical sensor) have to be sent wirelessly to a server which stores the data and shows the data (charts, diagrams, ...) in web, mobile device etc.
