We need to be able to insert code into our website and/or html banners that helps us identify those who see it(or the machine they're using). At first the identification procedure should use cookies. It should check whether the user already has our cookie or not. If not it should try to create a new one. If that fails(cookies are not allowed on the system in question) digital fingerprinting needs to be used to identify the user's machine.
