Then we need to analyse the volume of data and are there any time constraints, for example how long do you expect the submit to last? Then we can start by building a simple prototype to make sure the infrastructure supports it, like do you need certificate for the communication? do you need to open up firewall to allow communication? do you need to white list IP address?
