Fix 2 small issues with ebay listing template

I have created a new ebay listing template. Its almost complete. I have an issue with a large white space appearing after the footer. Please see link: [login to view URL] I need someone to fix this issue so it displays correctly. I need this done quickly. Also on my home page i need a Flash slide converted to a javascript slide so it will display correctly on an ipad / iphone. I have already converted the files just not sure how to put the code in.
