WEB SITE RESIZE AND CENTERED WITH FLASH FILES

I have the design for the site, which sits fine for large mac screens: [login to view URL] I need it to stay centered regardless of screen, and the size optimised for a windows screen. which will be around 15-17" Please let me know if any of this does not make sense. The center is made in flash, as is the navigation and header. These also need to be resized to fit in scale with the rest of the site. Like this web site: [login to view URL] we have 2 pages designed which need to be optimised in this way asap. Please tell me what files would you need? I have the .png, .swf, and .fla. also the .html for the larger sized which is shown in the image above.
