jQuery: Custom ImageMapster Integration

I need this to be integrated with my website and customized: [login to view URL] ### 1 ### When you hover over an item, it should change colors and there should be a tolltip. ### 2 ### There are two lists: TENANTS and AVAILABLE If an item in listed in the "TENANTS" list when you hover over it the space should turn red. If an item in listed in the "AVAILABLE" list when you hover over it the space should turn purple. ### 3 ### When you click on an item in a list it should scroll up to that item and there should be a color over it with a tooltop box above it.
