We would like a way to get our fairly standard CSS sidebar menus on our Miva Merchant e-commerce store to keep their pop-up submenus repositioned in relation to the bottom of the screen.
For instance: Parent categories in our vertical navigation open up submenus, and when there is a significant number of them, it drops the submenu below the fold of the browser.
Example: See the sidebar navigation on Amazon.com. Notice no matter how tall it is, the menu always stays "above the fold".
Our menu is CSS-driven and uses a jQuery plugin called Superfish, which places a slight delay on the menu when the mouse moves away from it. We need this new feature to work in lieu of this particular function.
At our current capacity our development team cannot dedicate the resources to add this for us, so we would rather outsource the work to a thoughtful and intelligent coder.
Thank you!
