PSD to HTML/Wordpress

I am looking for a knowledgeable and communicative front-end developer to take a PSD and build a usable 2 page website. I am open to a Wordpress implementation if that makes the task simpler for the developer. In addition to the usual standards-based site creation a couple of important skills that will be needed are: A working knowledge of the Instagram API – there will need to be a gallery that pulls images from Instagram with a given hashtag. A working knowledge of Twitter integration – similar to the Instagram request, I would like to have a stream of tweets with a given hashtag included on one of the website pages. Some knowledge of Typekit integration – The site will have 3 linked fonts. Some knowledge of regionalizing – There will need to be a toggle to allow the site to load in Russian or English, translations will be provided. Some knowledge of Polldaddy – I will have one Polldaddy survey that will load on the site and I will need custom CSS for that survey so that the design matches the PSD. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Please include links to any of your work that includes the above skillset.
