Simple penny auction demo page

I need to build a penny auction demo very similar to the one shown here - [login to view URL] It needs to be built as an added component to a working existing website - [login to view URL] (yes it's in hebrew) and will replace the inserted pictures on this page - [login to view URL] I need two versions: right-to-left and left-to-right. Of course 2 fully detailed graphic designs will provided (1 in Hebrew and 1 in English). There are slight functionality differences that we require from the link provided: After the user bids once, he will be outbid and the bidding will continue up to his last bid, after which the timer will run down to 0 and he will be declared as winner (after which the flow should continue as in the link). Please see the graphical design layout attached. upon winning the project the developer will receive a full detailed designs: graphics for each button and exact color parameters. (Don't let the Hebrew intimidate you the top arrows are pictures and the texts will be given). I've taken this job out as I don't want to allocate my developers' time for this. I know this is a very simple project that should take an experience developer just a few hours. Please don't waste my time or yours with bids of over 25$ or more than 1 day. Thanks
