complete an existing FAQ chatbot development on csml.dev

Hello, we are looking for somebody to create a FAQ chatbot. It should be a basic decision tree chatbot proposing the following 5 categories of frequently asked questions: General questions, payment, shipping, returns, other questions. It will then propose the corresponding questions to the user as per the ones shown on this page : [login to view URL] We need to complete an existing chatbot made with csml.dev. The FAQ should be added to the flow called “Faq” in a chatbot that I will share upon request.
