Create New Obsidian Plugin To Open New Pop Out Window

Create an Obsidian plugin that opens a new note in a new window. Obsidian version 0.15.6 introduced a feature referred to as pop out windows. This is distinct from a new tab in that it opens a note outside of the Obsidian workspace in a free floating window that can be moved anywhere on the screen or on another connected monitor. Then name of the plugin should be New Note New Window Hotkey. The plugin will perform the following: 1. Provide an options dialog under the plugin's section under Obsidian Settings that allows assignment of a hotkey for the new note in new pop-out window creation. -- OR -- It will create a command in the Obsidian command palette where a hotkey can be assigned. 2. Upon activation of the user defined hotkey, Obsidian will open a new pop out window with a newly created note using the default name convention of Untitled, Untitled 1, Untitled 2, etc... and in the folder path that is set under the "Default location for new notes" in Obsidian Settings > Files & Links The [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] should be provided in a folder named "release".
