Javascript - Google maps animate rover path project

Project is to display and animate polylines on googles maps with maps api. All GPS data will be provided. Description (See attached image) : This project is about a robotic rover that traces a path, this project is to display the data on google maps and animate things in realtime (refer attached pictures). Definitions : 1. Mission perimeter - traced in black lines in diagram (inbound polygons are exclusion zones) this is a static set of gps coordinate polygons this data does not change (pulled from a rest call, on page load). 2. Completed Path - Green line in the diagram, this data is pulled from a rest call and needs to be animated every .2 seconds, Data changes quickly every 3 seconds, animation has to be non blocking. this would always have like 20 data points last know 20 gps coords. 3. Planned Path - Orange lines in the diagram, this data can change and needs to be animated . the red markers in the diagram are the turning points connected with straight lines. show arrow of direction. Data from rest call. 4. position of rover - Marked in Blue - this would be an animated arrow of somekind showing direction and position, this would move based on a rest call (rest call would give current direction-heading and gps coords) - rest call, non blocking, updated every .5 seconds. An hover over the rover needs to be there where we can see additional info from the same rest call. Some sample code will be shared. Technical info : * Javascript, Google maps api, non blocking rest calls, needs to be fast and performant.
