Make Changes and fix Bugs to Donation Page on Website -- 2

Donation Module Changes: Front End: 1). UI to be changed to look better. All Content is already Dynamic, needs to be kept that way. We will need multiple designs before we finalize the template. 2). Option for Donate Monthly to be there at 3-4 places, this is the subscription module, where a user can subscribe and the donations will get auto detected using Razorpay. 3). Front End needs to be responsive for use on any device. Computer, mobile, tablet etc. 4). All Elements need to be graphical, like some action should happen when the mouse is taken over etc. 5). Colour Scheme of the website and logo to be followed. Even for Popups that open when one clicks on donate. 6). We need to add a section for Donation towards a specific cause, similar to the donation towards a specific animal section. 7). Any more graphical upgrades that we might think at run time or the UI developer might suggest. 8). We need to give share to fb, insta, X and linkdin options everywhere. By clicking on this the user can share the respective appeal on social media. 9). When a person closes the browser window there should be pop which urges them to donate or share the fundraiser. 10). Please ensure that the website works fine on both Android and Apple. 11). Thank you page to have option to share that they have donated on social media. 12). Subscription Donation Module to be available on Main Donate Now Page. 13). Support fundraiser feature – We need to give an option where a user / donor can create a support fundraiser which is a subset of the actual funraiser to raise x number of funds for the cause. 11). Read more option in the campaigns instead of having the whole text and images showing. Back End: 1). All front end components should be dynamic, photo and videos should be allowed everywhere. Admin can choose to either upload a video or give a link of the video that is stored in a remote online location like a drive or youtube. 2). Text editor needs to be better for writing the description. Provision of adding images / videos in the description. Alignment of Text to be proper. 3). After Successful donation user to be sent to thank you page. 4). Receipt and 80G certificate to be sent to donor, this needs to be rechecked on the thank you page. 5). For Each Individual type of donation we need to generate a auto QR code through razor pay so that people using the computer can scan and pay & people using mobile or tablet can select all available UPI aps in their phone and pay. We need to track and maintain reports of how the user came to our website (Google, Fb, Insta, Youtube, other Etc.), the amount they donated on which particular campaign or direct. 6). Provision to Upload Documents and provide Updates as seen on the front end. 7). Align uploading of form 10BE for Automail and re emailing – At the end of each Year once the donation data is uploaded the government issues 10BE receipts that have the PAN number of the donor. These need to be sent to the Donors via mail. Need a provision to upload these files on a drive (Not on Server) and then automate the sending of the receipt to the donor by file reading the PAN Number and getting the respective email address from the Karma DB. 8). Donation Reports to be generated date wise and option to choose parameters and conditions. Eg. I want to choose which parameter from all the parameters stored in the DB should the exported File Contain in which order. Also I want to Generate report for a Date range with specific condition Eg. Include only those entries where PAN number is not Null etc. 9). Subscription module is already developed we need to fix bugs in this and activate it. Once a person has subscribed the donations will automatically get deducted from the card / bank account depending on the period chosen. Whenever the donation is deducted the receipt needs to be sent automatically using Razor Pay Triggers and the entry needs to be a part of the donation report. 10). Provision to Resend and Download Donation Receipts from Admin Section 11). Payment to be checked on thank you page. Razor pay has option to reverify payment on the thank you page. We can do that. WE can also reverify that the email with the receipt has been sent. 12). List of failed donations and provision to send reminders. 13). Conversion and link clicks tracking. We need to track everything, Where the user came from, Did they donate, How much did they donate, for which cause / animal or direct did they donate. As many diagnostics as possible.
