I need a web application which allows me to Upload an image and and then using a select rectangle mark sections at multiple locations. I want to be able to highlight sections of any document, such as fields, labels, titles etc. Each marked section should allow me to add a label. Once marked I need to all marked sections with the label and coordinates saved into a a db with a name. I need to be able to search by name and bring up image with marked sections with lablel's for edit
