Photo Upload / Frame Overlay Script (HTML5 / Vue.js or whatever is suitable)

Hello, I am looking for a simple script where users can select a photo and resize, move it around inside of a frame overlay and the final image can be downloaded. Just like the well known magazine cover makers where a user can upload his photo and a frame of a popular magazine will be put on top of it. I already played around with an open source script you can see here: [login to view URL] Here is another example with vue.js , unfortunately not responsive: [login to view URL] But this does not work well as the downloaded image has a wrong size, it's not responsive and basically I would prefer that it's client side only so no upload of photos to a server is required. This is the actual overlay frame with the transparent area to be the place where photo will be placed: [login to view URL] So what's important: 1) Should work on client side without the need to upload any files to a server. 2) Should have a download button to download the final image. 3) Photo must be resizable and movable / draggable to place the desired section into the frame area. 4) Must be fully responsive and work on smartphones. 5) Must be completed in a short period of time (1-2 days) 6) Read and understand the specifications before you place a bid!
