2 Tasks. Task 1: Create roll up dashboard from "project risk" content type existing in sites already. Use content query web part. Dashboard should include all columns from the lists. Task 2: Filter logged in user context so user only sees "project risk" items that are relevent to him, all others are hidden. User context is filtered by referencing an external SQL table which has username and "Projects" that hes part. Creating SharePoint external table to use as reference for this filtering process makes sense, any other simple methods I am open to.
