Dear Sir,
Sure Sir I will send him a legal notice to stop making any derogatory statements about the Company and it staff. if he does not refrain himself from making the defamatory statements then the Company shall be forced to initiate legal proceedings against him.
Apart from it I will also ask him to pay a certain amount to the Company for defaming the Company, causing financial loss to the Company.
Apart from this I want some other details from you such as:
1. Proof of the derogatory statements.
2. why is he defaming you? whats your opinion?
3. Was he terminated from the Company or he resigned the Company?
