We are looking to sue The Planet/Softlayer in Texas. During the New year holidays they sent us an e-mail with a ticket number. To see the ticket you have to login to your account. Since we had a the new years holiday in our country no one read the ticket. The ticket claimed that our credit card could not be charged. Four days later they closed down our two server and sent us a new ticket. No one read this ticket either or logged into our account. Five days later we return to the office and notice that our servers are closed down. We then call Softlayer just to find out that everything on the server have been deleted. On those servers we had a huge site that we have worked on for four years. The value of the work is several hundreds of thousands of dollars. As if this was not all they alseo deleted our back up server so we have no back ups. Everything is lost. The payment was due jan 1 ( a holiday all over the world). The entire server was deleted on the 8. Hence, we did not even have a week to respond or make sure our credit card had enough funds on them. The company have not returned e-mails or phone calls. We will have to sue them for 300 000 - 1 000 000 dollars. We are looking for a layer in Texas and we will split the ruling with you. Please let us know if you can help us.

Please explain why the lawsuit has to be in Texas. I am admitted to the Eastern District of Texas, so I might be able to help, but I would need to know everyone's locatoins and why you believe it must occur in Texas.
