Crawl google play for developer email addresses and package name

I will need to crawl all the google play developer emails and package names into an xls. two columns in the xls spreadsheed, email, package_name. google play publishes applications to specific countries determined by the developer, i will need you to crawl the data from the majority of the western contries. google search: google play crawler for public github packages that are able to do this.
