1Logo Design Modification

I have a logo that has already been done but I am looking to make some modifications on it to update it. This is not a difficult project for the right person with the right necessary skills and abilities. However, it does require a person who has a taste for modern design and high end logo creation. I attached the before logo and also an example of what I am hoping it to look like. I want the same logo from the before picture but made to look more high end and luxurious like the second attached logo. I am looking for a clean, modern, sleek, classy feel. Please include a quick sample of what you are thinking/considering for a better chance at being accepted for the project. also, I would like to ensure I have all copyrights to the project as well.
