Our real estate company's brand is in need of a much-needed facelift. We've had great success, managing a large client database of over 500 clients, but our image has started to look outdated. Our goal is to modernize our brand while continuing to appeal to our existing clients. This project involves rethinking our current branding strategies and requires expertise in the following areas: - Visual Branding and Corporate Identity: We need a creative and experienced designer to help us redefine our company’s visual identity. Looking at new sign options, as well as website/social media engagement. We are currently using Canva. - Marketing Strategy: You should be able to analyze our current branding efforts and develop an effective marketing strategy for repositioning our company. Our business philosophy is as follows: Pace Realty Group boasts a business model centered around cultivating lasting relationships. Our focus extends beyond individual transactions; we prioritize repeat business and aspire to transform each client into a lifelong partner.
