MAGENTO expert needed to set up TAX settings

Magento expert needed for small but urgent job to configure TAX settings. Catalogue prices are including tax but Magento still ADDS tax on goods and shipping! Also need to configure back end so that the tax and net amounts are shown in shopping cart AND that the correct tax information (gross and net prices and TAXABLE amount) are shown on the invoice forms etc.
