I'm using store manager for Magento 2.3 and it creates a bridge file in our ftp which connect to our DB which allows us to push and pull data from our DB direct to the store manager application which runs on our desktop. I'm finding it will connect to the ftp location where it creates the bridge connection to the DB but it's not able able to pull or push any data from the DB and i think it being block. Can you help with fixing this issue please.
