Email/Direct Mail Campaign QA/QC Checklist Required Plus a Briefing Process

I require a structured checklist/template for checking Direct Mail/Email campaigns. We currently have a basic process where we check counts etc but this isn't structured and require a more detailed approach. I also require a strucutred detailed briefing process for these campaigns. At present we sometimes receive a brief, if not we have to chase, there is no centrol point for this documentation to be uploaded. An ideal scenario would be to have everything centralised and stakeholders could update this as and when plus a location where data can be uploaded. The current process is usually emails back and fourth and details can be missed, also maybe having the anaylsis for these campaigns in the same location. I estimate these work to be very straight forward and a quick turnaround but I also require something that looks and feel professional. Thank You
