*Highly knowledgeable in PC applications, operating systems and hardware (Windows , Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows NT, DOS, Communication Software, modems, MS Office , 2000)
*Strong knowledge of internet technology and software including browsers (Netscape and Internet Explorer)
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Detailed working knowledge of the practices, products, services, procedures and principles relating to the Business Banking products and business units, to sufficiently provide advice and interpret policies
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Understanding of the impact technology problems have on customers
*Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly and thoroughly
*Help Desk and/or Phone Support experience an asset
