Dynamic Math Script

I need someone familiar with Maths Scripts to write me a little Maths Program It involves Iterations on Numbers Subject to certain rules. I will then require counting functions and some other special functions to analyze the data. Example: the program might ask for a Range of Numbers example Min 4 Max 100 Increment 4 Then it will return those numbers in an array (column or row) i.e 4 8 12 16 20 24 28 .............. 96 100 then i might ask to do certain things with the numbers Example if the number is EVEN keep dividing by 2 until ODD is reached then STOP we compute this for min to max so for 4 we get 4 2 1 for 8 we get 8 4 2 1 for 12 we get 12 6 3 for 16 we get 16 8 4 2 1 for 20 we get 20 10 5 etc...all the way to the max for 100 we get 100 50 25 end then we can count the operations it took to become ODD. for 4 it is 2, for 8 it is 3 for 12 it is 2 etc this is a simple program which divides an EVEN by 2 til it becomes ODD. I can do this in EXCEL myself However we can do more advanced operations on the numbers i.e set rules example Rule 1: if the number lives in 4 modulo 6 i.e when divided by 6 has remainder 4 i.e 4,10,16,22 then SUBTRACT 1 and DIVIDE by 3. so 4 would become (4-1)/3 = 1 10 would become (10-1)/3 = 3 Rule 2: if the number is ODD then MULTIPLY by 2. Rule 3: if the number is DIVISIBLE BY 3 STOP Rule 4: if the number lives in 2 modulo 6 i.e when divided by 6 has remainder 2 i.e 2,8,14,20 then MULTIPLY by 2. So let me show you an example suppose we start with the number 34. 34 satisfies rule 1 so we subtract 1 and divide by 3 to get 11 11 satisifes rule 2 so we multiply by 2 to get 22 22 satisifies rule 1 so we subtract 1 and divide by 3 to get 7 7 satisifes rule 2 so we multiply by 2 to get 14 14 satisfies rule 4 so we mulitlpy by 2 to get 28 28 satisifies rule 1 so we subtract 1 and divide by 3 to get 9 9 satisfies rule 3 so we STOP the total output will be 34,11,22,7,14,28,9 Technically we could say the program has TERMINATED at 9. Then i might ask you to count the operations it (34) took to terminate? Answer: 34 took 6 operations to terminate Note: if it was 7 then 7 would be 3 operations to terminate. The actual numbers we start with can be inputted as a STARTING ARRAY e,g Min, Max , Increment 4, 100, 4 {4,8,12,16......100} the program will then run according to the rules and output 2 arrays TERMINATION VALUE ARRAY OPERATION COUNT ARRAY e,.g {8,12,16} would give the following simple results STARTING ARRAY {8,12,16, 20} TERMINATION VALUE ARRAY {3,12,3,9} OPERATION COUNT ARRAY {4,0,3,12} Notice for this program and rules 12 has termination value 12 and operation count 0 as it is divisible by 3 so we STOP immediately - technically we do nothing Now i may need adjustments and enhancements but if u are skilled to produce a program like this then get in touch
