Four models needed in matlab/simulink:
1. Simulink model of a PV module under uniform insolation, using constants obtained in the attached KL050 datasheet. One should be able to adjust the values of irradiance and temperature
2. Simulink model of two PV modules in series at different irradiation, so as to generate partial shading condition. One should be able to adjust the values of irradiance and temperature so as to see how they affect the generation of these peaks.
3. This part needs a model of the two PV modules in series, connected to a boost converter (please see attached file on boost converter design) then to a battery load of 48V. The output of the PV modules feeds the battery through the boost converter. The above system employing the Perturb and Observe (P&O) MPPT technique to track the MPP under partial shading conditions when there are multiple peaks.
4. This part needs a model of the two PV modules in series, connected to a boost converter (please see attached file on boost converter design) then to a battery load of 48V. The output of the PV modules feeds the battery through the boost converter. The above system employing the solution to partial shading (as detailed in attached file) to track the MPP under partial shading conditions in the presence of multiple peaks.
Please find attached a detailed description of the project
Dear Employer,
I would be very pleased to work at your job.
I am a MATLAB expert (5 years of experience) and I dealed with Simulink models during my Ph.D.!
Besides I am a mechanical engineer grown in a renewable technologies environment.
I am waiting for your answer!
Best regards,
Alessio Martini
I have been working with renewable energy sources specially with wind turbine and PV units. I have very good skills in Matlab/Simulink at professional level. You will not be disappointed.
