I'm a PhD student in Engineering with a Master's in Statistics. Expert in Matlab, Minitab Econometric and statistical modeling of pretty much everything you can think of. These include expertise on protocol development, research study designs, sample size calculations, data management, and data analysis using various statistical software’s (i.e. STATA, Eviews, R & SPSS), statistical interpretation and report writing. Hello. As a biomedical engineer with an emphasis in bioelectricity and instrumentation I feel comfortable working with MRI images. The center of my senior design project was image processing of retinal images to detect specific features. From this experience and my image processing knowledge I feel confident that I can assist you in creating a program to calculate the volume of lesions and brain tissue. Hello, I'll show you how to do it with Medimsight, the first cloud-based platform for medical image analysis with a marketplace of methods. On Medimsight you will find different solutions on a SaaS model, we don't have the LST yet, but will in the near future. You will do it by yourself and I'll give you a free use month to try another solutions like whole brain segmentations, grey white matter quantification and more.
