Run a flow simulation of my extrusion manifold and adjust for optimum flow

Hello, I am very interested your project. You have two extrusion manifolds that you want to compare.   How to change the consumption of meat, the pressure on the inlet and outlet, the friction coefficient, the rate of passage meat through manifolds ? To answer these questions I need to know what meat goes through the Manifold and better density, viscosity, temperature of the meat. To do this simulation, I need to draw a 3d model of both manifolds. Then simulate it in solidwork Flow simulation 2016 or Autodesk Simulation CFD 2015. I want to ask to have sent me the drawings that I could see them.
