\I need it all to be proved from scientific research papers from the last 5 years ( 10 years if needed)
I need the work referenced and a list of these papers as the reference

Table one:

I would then like a table of the skin conditions and what of the above works for them and what makes it worse.
eg: column 1: skin problem - acne
Column 2: Things that help it - B5, fish oil
Column 3 : Things that make it worse -
The skin conditions I would like looked at are:
photo ageing / anti ageing
wrinkles
pigmentation, melasma
acne
scarring
rosacea / reddness
eczema
Hydration
detox
skin clarity
skin healing / calming/ soothing
