General radiologist with long history of chest x-ray reading , I think that the radiologist is the only one who can differentiate the technical errors of the study from the true lesions which is called artifacts , and also he can spot any significant incidental abnormality especially he is reporting more than 2000 to 3000 x-rays per month .
