Meta Trader EA - Aug. 2012

Dear Programmer This job is published the 2nd time today. On the previous request "Meta Trader EA Aug 27 " project I kept by mistake, the FreeLancer's site default price range ($250 to $750). Since I can't change a published project range - I have no choice but to publish the same again with a $30 to $250 price range.. I do hope that all who may answer already, will reconsider their offer and provide a new quotation. The complexity of writing an EA is not, in my opinion & experience, justifying the higher price range. ------------------------------------ The project description: Looking for quotation and time schedule of implementing an EA with the functions described in the attached document. Detailed requirement specifications will provided to the selected programmer. The work frame involved is fully covered in the document.
