Hello, If you say it is a simple circuite with a PIC than it shouldn't be more than what 50. I will like to see your file before any final decision. About my experience I have 8 years experience in PCB layout design. I do this as my daily job I have experience with complicated PCBs on 12 layer for example but also with small prototype boards like arduino or pic or other hobbyist design.
