few small change with already existing access database

We have build a small access program to track clients for a coffee company, with their issues, solutions and the prices given . Now we want to add some warnings. Report of the contract sign(who can tell me 90 days in advance when the contract will terminate) and client that have no sign contract . Report of the Price increase 15 days before Report of the customer who doesn’t have a price increase Report clients who have a load agreement or no load agreement For someone with access experience it should not take more then 3 hours , and you must be able to communicate in North American hours
