In my (8) Eight Years work experience in a general contractor Charifer Builders Inc. providing low cost and efficient quality in a maintenance services in a petroleum industry. I had been tasked as call center rep./admin sec. ,responsible to served as a direct to provide information that makes client satisfaction in the requested services base on the information, updates ,work status and for their paid services base on the submitted cost proposal that indicate scope of works (repair neither replacement). I was being train in a multitask works with positive result compliance .As part multitask works related those include; Administrative related; to assess Operation Manager in supervised all the dispatched field workers. Served as branch I.T to maintain constant internet connection and computer normal function’s . Human Resource related works; implement company policy, 201 documents file on personnel on time, managed to hire skilled field workers as required in a project with proper contracts. Accounting related woks; to do weekly payroll, cash advances & liquidations, reconciliation of our MIC petty cash fund, account receivables, provide statements, supplier & sub-contractor payable s. Conduct inventory in office supply & equipments .Least, with a Procurement & Logistics related works; to purchased/canvassed project materials.
