Hi, I need a simple Android services that can run on Android 4.0 phone/tablets. I am curious to know if applications coded in Android 2.3 or 3.2 can run on Android 4.0 Anyway its' tasks are simple: 1) Constantly check a URL for numbers/message to be sent (XML format) 2) Send out SMS if there are messages to be sent 3) Upon successful completion of SMS sent, do a HTTP post to a specified URL 4) Upon receipt of SMS, do a HTTP post to a specified URL The details are in the attached documents.
