Roofing Android App

Basic app where user can create a new project or open a existing project so will need a database with login. I will supply formulas for calculating roof items and dictate interface design using Basic4android software as example/screenshots as in attached .jpg file User will enter roof dimensions and app will calculate and produce a report that they can either email as attachment .pdf or excel file from device. Help me set up a play store account and submit app for users to download. App will need to be able to expand on later, to add walling, flooring etc etc and other construction applications.
