Write an mobile application

Hello, I have an word document that i would like converted into an application. It will be a simple mobile application. I am getting this bible app created for a not for profit organisation, so please keep this in mind when bidding. I would prefer native, but if the freelancer can competently create it in html5 and convert it with phonegap or similar without effect the user experience i would be very happy. It will have a button in the top left corner which will slide out a menu which the user can select the book (all books will be listed in a specified order) once within the book, upwards and downwards swyping or scrolling will show more of the page, sideways swyping will change the chapter. There will also be a dropdown to jump to a selected chapter if required. On bottom right there will be an exta's menu which when selected it will slide out a menu in which the user can bookmark their current place in the book (and will have the option to asign a custom name their bookmark), view or delete previous bookmarks, share, as well as search. The share function will work if the user highlights some text, they will then click share which will bring up different options depending on the phone for sharing. The search will be a very in depth search, for example if they searched the word "the" it will bring up everytime the word "the" has been used in the results page. the user will be able to click one of the results and it will open it onto that page. and highlight the selection, tapping the screen will remove the highlighting. This is required to be an android app but will also be ported to a blackberry 10 app. (this can be done for free online). many thanks Jeremy
