Android + Iphone App that works from existing working app

There is an app in both android and apple stores called "ip cam viewer". I use it watch my 3 different axis camera from my android and iphone phones. I want to create an app for my customers that has my camera settings already embedded so there will be no configuration on their part except to choose which of the three cameras they want to watch by its name. You can view the cameras in action by going to "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]" and also you can download the free app from the stores nad use these settings to veiw from you mobile. However this app needs to be created in a way that if it works great and customers use it alot, I want to be able to expand it to create other uses for it.
