A client needs an iOS application (iPhone and iPod only, no iPad) that functions as a simple way for friends to quickly live stream whenever they would like. If possible, this should all be done on the PARSE platform.
The user should be able to quickly make an account (phone number, user and password) and then open the main application. From there, they can easily add friends by searching their 'username' and clicking then (+) icon. When the user has added 10 friends, they can view the list of all their friends. If a friend is live streaming, there will be a small red circle icon beside their name saying 'xxx is live'. Once you click one of these people, you can view their live stream (in the corner it will say 'XX # people watching'. When the stream is over, the app will take you back to the main menu - or you can exit yourself.
The user should be able to easily click a RED button to begin streaming to their friends. While a person is streaming, they can also view WHO is viewing their stream (list of usernames, ie: john2, jack8, nad928).
The user (streamer & viewer) also have a settings screen to change certain things.

2 - Have you any experience with the Parse platform?
3 - How long would this take to complete approximately? (If about 7 days, then that is great!)
4 - Do you understand how to integrate live streaming API's into the app?
