iphone and adroid mobile app & rest server

we are looking for an expert iphone and android developer to develop a social service. With this project the developer needs to develop: # iphone & android app (same app just on both platforms) # REST server which the app pushes and receives information from # Mysql database structure # simple PHP forms online The app will need to perform the following tasks: # login securely to the service # automatically fetch GPS location information (once and every 5 minutes while logged in) # while logged in they can update their Presence status (available, ready for anything, etc) if logged out their status is offline. # while status is available or another online status - the app tries to pair with someone who is close (via Bluetooth or WIFI) ## if the app finds someone close who also is logged in then it asks the RECEIVER do they wish to accept a hookup with the REQUESTER. # if the RECEIVER accepts then the REQUESTER will get a simple notification # and the REST server is notified that REQUESTER and RECEIVER at GPS location are hooking up FULL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PROJECT WILL BE EMAILED TO THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER. All graphics of the app will be provided.
