1. Would like to design an app for both iphone and android for professional to give consultation with consumers. 2. Tack time of each consultation. 3. Charge consumer a monthly fee in order to have ability to consult with professional. 4. Key word search to find the required professional by consumer. 5. Charge consumer for monthly membership and pay professional per call made by consumer. 6. The professional and consumer both need to have iPhone or Android for membership. 7. Site is 24/7 so when a consumer logs on, app should only show professionals in daytime zone regardless.
