here a short description of our needs read in a QR take all the info and use it in the form. there will be 3 or so fields that will be saved on the phone. Then a bunch of data be entered threw the keyboard. After all data is inputted it must be saved as a QR for Backup. Then all info must be printed to a printer 2 copies {blue tooth connection) . Then this info must be sent to an address to be collected in a database. I am looking for some one that can do this but I will own all rights to the code and if any libraries are used I must know where to get them so if I need to make changes. I need a quote and the money can go a bit higher.
