Hello , This is Shakthi from Chennai, India and have confident in developing the application as you have described in the specifications. To speak more about your application, We can design a form for the Lenders to post their information and then send it to you as an email. We can send a confirmation mail as well back to the user on successful receipt of the information. Additionally we need something like a bridge where the information that they enter is stored in their local DB. The reason behind this is , incase there is a situation where there is no internet access to their phone, it will be there waiting to be sent. Once it deducts a live internet connection, it will try to send the information as mail and receive back the confirmation. Locally they can also have some type of a backup where they can retrieve the information as required.
