Recreate a dutch app (iOS)

I would like to know if it is possible to recreate an mobile application called: Plantscout ([login to view URL]) Additionaly I would like that the data that is added in the app is saved to a online database with an overview function. Maybe more features will be added in the future, but right now just saving to a database is enough. A small description of the application: With this app you can check the growth of certain species of plants. This app is being used in the production of consumer plants and helps the grower with keeping data. The data exist out of length, amount of flowers, species, quality and taking pictures of the plant. When all this data is added you save it and then the data will be uploaded to the database. Because of the different phases growth you can check how the plant is growing and you can add additional information to the plant information in the database.
